Bootcamp @ Northlawn Park
Cottage Grove, Wisconsin
Coming Back in Spring 2022
With wet grass in the mornings, snow and ice looming, and so few people turning out each week, Angie and I have decided to allocate the time we create for Bootcamp towards socializing more intimately with the people that have been coming regularly. We’ve talked tentatively about double dates and recreational meetups for months, it’s time we made that happen!
We’re excited to get to know those of you who have regularly attended Bootcamp even better! For those that have only come a few times or not at all, we hope you’ll join us again each weekend in the Spring after the ice melts. Stay safe, have a great holiday season, and we look forward to seeing you next Spring!
Where: Here’s where we usually meet:
(link to map: click here)
What: Athletic clothing & shoes, water, and if you’d prefer not to touch the grass too much a towel or mat of some sort.
When: Saturday mornings at 10 a.m!
How: Bootcamp is 100% FREE! We always have fun, maintain a safe distance, and forge new friendships while getting a good sweat going to start our weekend off in a healthy way!
Who: Everyone is welcome no matter where you’re from or where you live! There is nothing I can’t scale for your ability level and I format my workouts so that everyone can move through their own range of motion at their own pace!
