The Healthy Human Project is a fitness program that delivers participants the precise standards of the American College of Sports Medicine’s physical activity guidelines on a weekly progressive basis through the interdisciplinary expertise of a Certified Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, CrossFit L1 Trainer, and Sports Nutritionist.
This project’s purpose is to bridge the gap between healthcare and healthy living. Its goal is to show you what doctor-recommended “diet and exercise” actually is in a form that is easily accessible, safe, affordable, professional, and conforms with the known optimal physical activity guidelines. These include:
Weekly Formula for Fitness:

- Cardiorespiratory Exercise: 75-150 minutes of vigorous to moderate intensity exercise per week
- Resistance Exercise: strengthening every major muscle group 2-3x per week
- Flexibility Exercise: stretching to improve range of motion 2-3 days per week
- Neuromotor Exercise: training to improve balance, agility, coordination, and gait 2-3 days per week
Each of these fitness standards are carefully and creatively crafted into a weekly 5-day virtual exercise program featuring intuitive software that works flawlessly on iOS, Android, and desktop computers. Each workout lasts less than 1 hour, provides video instruction of every movement, and each week is progressed from the last so that you will always be challenged, never plateau, and never stop improving!
